1. Preheat oven to 180º and line a baking tray with baking paper
2. Melt butter in the on the stove and combine with both sugars until a caramel like mixture has formed and letting to cool. 3. Beat eggs with vanilla and combine with butter mixture once cooled. 4. Mix in salt & flour
5. Chop up eggs into small pieces before gently folding them and chocolate chips into the mixture
6. Transfer to baking dish and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean before topping with more eggs.
