Instructions

Step 1
1. Drain and rinse beans

2. Finely Chop onion and cube capsicum
Step 3
3. Heat drizzle of olive oil in pan

4. Add onion and garlic and capsicum (cook for a minute or two)

5. Add all beans with paprika and cumin, stir gently till mixed
Step 6
6. Add salsa
Step 7
7. Heat on medium for 2-3 minutes
Step 8
8. Add handful of corn chips to a bowl and a spoonful of beans over the top
Step 9
9. Drizzle a small handful of cheese over the top and let melt
