Instructions

Step 1
Cover baking tray with foil and place in oven to preheat.
Step 2
Wash potatoes and cut into wedges. Mix olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Add potatoes and toss in mixture to coat all sides.
Step 4
Remove baking tray and coat with olive oil spray. Place potato wedges in one layer on tray.
Step 5
Return tray to oven, placing 5 inches from broiler heat. Broil 5 min. Remove and turn potatoes over. Broil 6-7 min. Or until golden. Remove to serving bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
