Ingredients
10 servings
1 loggoat cheese
1 cuppeanuts
Spanish
4 Tbspbutter
⅓ cupbrown sugar
½ cupwater
1juice of lime
2 tspred pepper flakes
2 tspchili powder
2 Tbspthai chili honey
or you can use normal honey
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure goat cheese is cold. Add Spanish peanuts to a food processor or blender and roll the goat cheese log in the nuts on a plate. Place in fridge for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add butter to small sauce pot over medium heat. Once butter is melted add brown sugar and whisk until combined. Add water, pepper flakes, chili powder, thai chili honey. Bring to high heat and let bubble for about 5-6 minutes until thickened. Take off heat, let cool, and set aside.
Step 3
French baguette: slice french baguette in an angle. Brush with olive oil and throw in the oven at 400 for 8 minutes or until toasty.
Step 4
Serve “nutty goat” on a plate. Add glaze over it and serve with toasted baguettes.
