Instructions

Step 1
Add flour to a mixer, and turn on (can be done by hand if you do not have a mixer handy)
Step 2
Add yeast and let it mix for a second or so
Step 3
Add sugar and let it mix for a second or so
Step 4
Add salt and let it mix for a few seconds (adding salt and yeast separately in this way ensures the salt dosnt kill the yeast, if mixing by hand you can simply add salt and yeast to separate sides of the bowl before mixing)
Step 5
Add the water little by little letting the mix incorporate. You may not need all the water
Step 6
Portion your dough into the required size for your pizzas, you can get between 2-4 pizza bases with this mix depending on how thick you like your crust
Step 7
Roll into neat spheres, then flatten with the tips of your fingers to get a nice flat disk. Roll out with a little flour or toss in the air if you want to do it like a true pizziolo! Lay your base on some greaseproof paper on large flat cooking tray
Step 8
Add homemade or store bought passata type sauce, then evenly cover with grated mozzarella
Step 9
Add any other desired toppings and cook on 200°c for 15-30 mins, keeping an eye not to overcook
Step 10
Garnish with a little chopped parsley, slice and enjoy!
