Instructions

Step 1
To a flat plate add the eggs, sugar and milk. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2
Dip the brioche slices into the egg mixture. Make sure they are covered completely.
Step 3
Heat the butter in the pan. Add the brioche slices and fry for about 1,5-2min on each side.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave.
Step 5
Slice the banana and strawberries. Chop the almonds.
Step 6
Spread one brioche slice with chocolate and the other with caramel.
Step 7
Top the bottom half with the banana and strawberries. Sprinkle on the almonds.
Step 8
Place the other brioche slice on top and enjoy!
