2 piecessweet corn
cooked, cut off the cobb
2.5cans coconut milk
1can evaporated milk
1 cupcornstarch
1 cupsugar
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
Yellow food coloring
as needed, optional

Instructions
Step 1
In a blender add the corn off the cobb, coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, cornstarch, salt, vanilla extract, and food color. Blend well. The batter will be slightly chunky due to the corn.
Step 2
Butter your desired container and set aside.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a wide pot and cook on medium low heat while constantly stirring. Be sure to get the sides and the bottom as well. Once it has fully thickened, you can probably see the bottom of the pot. That’s when you know it’s cooked. This will take anywhere from 15 - 25 minutes depending on you heat.
Step 4
Pour the maja into your container. Let cool to room temperature.
Step 5
Now for the topping. In a food processor place the Golden Sweet Corn, Chiz Curls, and Parmesan cheese. Blitz until it forms a powder.
Step 6
To plate, cut a slice of the maja mais, and top it with some Cool Whip or whipped cream, and the powdered topping.
