Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix sugar and butter. Add "eggs" and flour.

Divide into 4 parts and wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Roll very thin and cut out cookies.
Step 5
Place on cookie sheet. Brush with "egg wash" and decorate with cinnamon, sugar, or sprinkles.
