June's Vegan Sand Tarts

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix sugar and butter. Add "eggs" and flour.

Step 2

Divide into 4 parts and wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 4

Roll very thin and cut out cookies.

Step 5

Place on cookie sheet. Brush with "egg wash" and decorate with cinnamon, sugar, or sprinkles.

Step 6

Bake for about 6 minutes, just until light golden color.
