Instructions

Step 1
Combine flour, salt lemon pepper. Dredge the chicken in mixture coating each side.

Step 2
In large skillet, heat butter til melted. Add chicken, cooking fur about 6 minutes per side, or until golden. Remove from pan and let cool.

Step 3
Add the lemon slices to the skillet until they cover the entire bottom of the pan. Saute for about 2 minutes per side.
Step 4
Add back the chicken on top of the lemon slices and pour the lemon juice on top. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced slightly and chicken juices run clear.
