Instructions

For the caramel

Step 1
Put the sugar in a small pot and place over medium to low heat and leave it until it starts to melt then mix softly untill all the sugar is melted then pour equally in the ramkens

For the budding

Warm up the milk

Put the sugar in the milk and mix well

Crack the eggs with the Vanilla extract in a separate bowl and whisk untill homogeneous

Pour one scoop of milk at a time to the eggs and whisk very well then add another Untill you add more than half of the milk and the eggs feel warm then add back to the rest of the milk

Pour the mixture through a sift into the ramkens

Place the ramkens in a boiling water bath and place in 180°C oven for 40 min
