Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. First add in Brown Sugar, Granulated Sugar, and Softened Butter into a mixing bowl or electric mixer. & Mix/ whisk thoroughly until mixture is completely combined. (Should be a light brown whipped color)

Step 2
After mixture is combined add in the remainder of your wet ingredients. Egg, Egg Yolk, Vanilla Extract, and coffee creamer if you choose to. Whisk in mixture vigorously until all ingredients is well combined into the mixture.
Step 3
You should have a light brown thick mixture, then add in dry mix. Flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well combined and it should start looking like cookie dough!

Add in chocolate chips and stir mixture again until chocolate chips are well distributed throughout mixture. Once finished Oil cast iron skillet with cooking spray surrounding the entire skillet and pack in cookie dough.

Cover skillet with cooking spray oil and pour in cookie dough completely filling out the entire pan. Smooth cookie dough out and pat down to compress into the skillet.
Step 6
Then sprinkle more chocolate chip cookies on top and place into oven. Cook for about 20-25 mins depending on oven watts check cooking every 15 mins with a fork or q tip. When fork comes out clean with just chocolate and not dough it is ready!
