Vegan sweet potato, black bean and oreo brownies
I sort of just slapped some things together and it tasted good 🤷♀️

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C or 375 F and grease or line a loaf tin.
Step 2
In a blender or food processor combine everything except for almond flour, 4 oreos and the peanut butter.
Step 3
Add in and blend the almond flour.
Step 4
Transfer mixture to loaf tin and spread evenly.
Step 5
Add the peanut butter to the top and swirl around with a knife. Then break up the oreos and place on top as well.
Step 6
Bake in oven for 17 minutes then allow to cool completely before cutting. This timing had them fairly moist. Change to your liking.
