Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix coconut, Panko, paprika, salt and pepper.
Step 2
One by one, dip shrimp in flour, then egg, then coconut mix.
Step 3
Place shrimp on a baking tray. Bake at 425 F for 10-15 min.
Step 4
You can turn it into a bowl or go - like us - with tacos. I paired it with cole slaw and fresh peach hot sauce.
Step 5
🍑 For peach hot sauce: blend peach with hot sauce and a touch of water.
