Step 1
Chop up dark chocolate into small bits and reserve
Step 2
In a small pot, combine sugar, cocoa powder, water and heavy cream and bring to a simmer
Step 3
As the mixture is heating up, mix it together till it’s well combined
Step 4
Once it comes to a simmer, turn off the heat and add the chopped dark chocolate and stir till the chocolate melts
Step 5
Pour hot cocoa into a mug and top with marshmallow spread. Drizzle soy sauce on top to taste. Enjoy
