Instructions

Step 1
Ahead of time, chill mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer
Step 2
Mix cream on medium.
Step 3
When it starts to make ripples, add 2 capfuls of vanilla and 2 Tbsp sugar (amounts can be adjusted to taste)
Step 4
Mix on medium until the cream holds peaks and isn't runny. (Be careful not to over mix or the cream can become butter)
Step 5
Add a thin layer of cream to the bottom of a bowl.
Step 6
Lay down a layer of chocolate wafers (Fill in gaps with broken pieces. Don't leave too thick of white gaps).
Step 7
Continue to layer cream and wafers to the top of the bowl. The top layer should be cream.
Step 8
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
