Instructions
Step 1
To make the marinade, mix all ingredients together including the spring onions make sure sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Put the chops in a dish so they don't overlap.
Step 3
Spoon over half the marinade.
Step 4
Put a few pieces of onion on each chop.
Step 5
Put the remaining chops on top and spoon the rest of the marinade over.
Step 6
Cover with cling film and put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours basting occasionally.
Step 7
Remove chops and grill under high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
Step 8
Spoon the marinade with onions into the chops
