When using the marinade to make the sauce, don’t worry about contaminates since it will all boil out along with all the alcohol.

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the meat for at least 8 hours or overnight (use marinade to coat the meat well). Place the meat on a broiling pan. Pour the marinade and meat juices into a pot and set aside.
Step 2
Broil meat on High for about 8 minutes on each side (until edges of meat start to darken a little).
Step 3
To the pot of marinade and juices add a pat of butter and wine. Bring to a low boil. Pour this over the meat when it is finished or use as a dipping sauce.
