Instructions
Step 1

Wash the Korean melon and cut the ends


Step 2

Cut lengthwise
Step 3

Peel the melon leaving partially for decoration&crunchiness

Step 4

Scoop out the seeds and drain the juice
Step 5

Mix olive oil and lemon juice to make dressing


Step 6

Cut the Korean melon thinly and drizzle with dressing and finish with herbs
