Step 1
In a medium sized mixing bowl add milk, vanilla, date syrup, chia seeds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt and whisk until no clumps of cocoa powder are visible. This will take a couple minutes but be patient!
Step 2
Once the mixture is smooth cover the bowl and place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours. I like to make batches to set overnight so it’s all ready to eat then next day. It may help to give the pudding a stir after about half an hour but it is definitely not necessary.
Step 3
After the pudding is set, add in a few more tablespoons of milk if you prefer a runnier pudding. Sometimes the pudding will appear super thick so I like to add in a splash of almond milk to mine before eating.
