Ingredients
8 servings

1 cupfresh spinach

1 cupfresh basil leaves

4 eascallions

2 Tbspfresh tarragon

¼ cuproasted unsalted cashews

1 eajalapeño
seeded optional

2 Tbspnutritional yeast

1 tspfresh ginger
grated

1 tsplime zest

2 ealemon juiced

2 eaavocado

2 Tbsprice vinegar

¼ cupextra virgin olive oil

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
¼ cyogurt non fat
Instructions
Step 1

Place all in a vita mix or blender , mix well. Loosen by adding in water to taste. Top a green salad or use as a dip for a crudités plate.
