This was very tasty, but subbed coconut aminos for soy sauce, didn't have onion powder and didn't want it sweeter. Next time I would cut back lemon juice a little. Great with a skirt or flank steak for the grill.

I added a tbl of balsamic, used fresh lemon and fresh basil and parsley. Added red pepper flakes

Great marinade, easy to make and steak was tender and flavorful

Changed the spices to 1 tbsp of basil, 1 tbsp of oregano and 1 tbsp of parsley. Used regular pepper, added salt, and did not use any hot sauce.
