Instructions

Step 1
1. Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 2
2. Add in a small bowl, add chopped cilantro, parsley, garlic cloves, red chili flakes, jalapeño’s, olive oil, red wine vinegar and mix well! Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Add 3/4 of the marinade to the seasoned chicken and marinate for at least two hours.
Step 4
4. Grill chicken wings over indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Step 5
5. Once done, add chicken wings to a platter and top with remaining chimichurri sauce and garnish with fresh sliced jalapeños.
