Instructions

For the Cocktail

Step 1
Combine bourbon, brown sugar syrup and espresso in an airtight container. Shake until the mixture is frothy. Pour mixture into a glass over ice and top with oat milk.

For the Brown Sugar Syrup

Step 2
Bring a saucepan to medium heat. Add water and brown sugar. Allow to simmer, stirring consistently until the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Syrup can stay refrigerated for 3 weeks.
