Instructions
Step 1
Wash and boil potatoes with skin on, approximately 20 minutes. (Don't let them get too well done)
Step 2
Drain off water
Step 3
Cool and peel
Step 4
Preheat oven to broil at 350 degrees
Step 5
Grease a pan or baking dish with butter
Step 6
Cut potatoes in half
Step 7
Sprinkle with brown sugar
Step 8
Put small pats of butter on each half
Step 9
Put under the broiler (but not too close!)
Step 10
Potatoes should bake for an hour and become golden brown.
