Easy Manicotti

Instructions

Step 1
Cook manicotti according to package directions in salted water.
Step 2
While pasta is cooking, onion and garlic over medium heat in a large skillet.
Step 3
Add in pasta sauce.
Step 4
Spread half the sauce into a greased 9 inch by 13 inch baking dish.
Step 5
Drain manicotti. Stuff manicotti with the string cheese.
Step 6
Arrange the stuffed manicotti over sauce. Top with remaining sauces. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
Step 7
Sprinkle with additional cheese and garnish with basil if desired, and serve.
Step 8
Note: You can optionally add ground beef to the sauce.
