2) : Have 2 separate bowls for Dry ingredients and Wet ingredients.
Dry Ingredients would be added later on after you mix the wet ingredients
3 ) : When Mixing with a mixer only start to beat on low for 30seconds then move to high on 3 1/2 to 2mins no more or less or else cake would be tough.
2 ) : Only Bake 35mins 38mins
