Instructions

Step 1
Pack down all ingredients into a large glass jar and cover completely with honey. Tighten lid and let ferment on your counter for 3 days. Then it’s ready!
Step 2
Store in the fridge after that for longer term storage.
Step 3
I give my kiddos a tablespoon every few hours.
