Instructions
Step 1
Soak almonds overnight. In the morning, drain and rinse several times.
Step 2
Add dates and almonds to a food processor - continue using food processor until it becomes a paste.
Step 3
Add water and extracts gradually while food processor is on - once all is incorporated, blend for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour into a nut bag and squeeze out all liquid - should be about 2 cups of finished product.
Step 5
Save nut and date pulp for other use (optional)
