thin slice the ginger

boil 1 cup of water with the ginger for 5 minutes on high heat.

once boiling, add 4 cups of water and the cinnamon stick
Step 4
simmer on low -medium heat for 20 minutes
Step 5
strain the tea with a sieve. serve chilled. garnish with pine nuts
