Step 1
Boil the water. Slowly add the tapioca pearls in and cook for 2 minutes - they’re done when they float to the top.
Step 2
Turn off the heat and wait another 2 minutes. After, cool the pearls off in cold water.
Step 3
Drain the pearls and put 2 tbsp of them in a large, tall glass.
Step 4
Add the rest of the ingredients, in order. Voilà ! You have bubble (boba) tea!
