8 ouncecream cheese
room temperature
¼ cupmayonnaise
¼ cupsour cream
2 clovesgarlic

¼ cupgreen onion

1 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce

juiced
1 cupcheddar cheese
freshly shredded, divided
½ teaspoonhot sauce
or more, to taste
1 poundlump crab meat
fresh, jumbo
tortilla chips
Instructions
Step 1
Soften cream cheese.
Step 2
Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 4
Add 8oz of cream cheese to a bowl. Beat until smooth.
Step 5
Stir in 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp worcestershire, juice from 1/2 lemon.
Step 6
Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 tsp hot sauce and mix until smooth. Stir in 1lb crab meat.
Step 7
Spread into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle 1/4 cup cheddar cheese on top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Step 8
Serve warm, with slices of sourdough bread, crackers, tortilla chips or chopped cold veggies.
Step 9
Leftover crab dip will keep, stored covered in the fridge, for up to 5 days. Rewarm in the microwave.
