Royal Icing
Add more confectioner's sugar until consistency is right, thicker is better and easier to work with.
When using put into plastic bags and cut a tiny hole at end of bag; make sure it is a tiny hole otherwise it will be difficult to decorate.

Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients and 1/2 cup water in a medium bowl (can use a little less water).
Step 2
Using an electric mixer, beat at high speed until fluffy, thick, and shiny, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
The icing can be refrigerated in an airtight container for several days. If it separates, beat it with a fork or whisk before using.
