Step 2
In food processor, add pumpkin, sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. Puree until fully incorporated and glossy.

Step 3
Transfer entire mixture to large saucepan and place over medium to medium-high heat. Stir frequently until mixture is steaming lightly, then vigorously until steamy and rich aroma. No more than 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and whisk in the milk and creams. Whisk eggs in separate bowl, and then add spoonfuls of pumpkin mixture at a time to lightly warm up eggs without cooking them. Whisk eggs into saucepan once several spoonfuls are incorporated, and then add vanilla.
Step 5
Pour pumpkin pie into par baked pie crust and cover edges with foil. Bake at 400 for 35-60 minutes, or until knife/toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Err on side of sooner than later.
