Instructions
Step 1
Line a slice tray with baking paper or cling wrap.
Step 2
Place half the biscuits in the tray with the flat (bottom side) of the biscuit facing up.
Step 3
Beat the cream and condensed milk for about 5 mins, until it looks like whipped cream.
Step 4
Add biscoff spread and any chocolate and fold through with a spatula.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the tray over the biscuits, and top with remaining biscuits. Try to put the top layer of biscuits in the same order as the bottom row so that it’s easier when cutting them into the sandwiches.
Step 6
Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. Slice between the biscuits into ice cream sandwiches.
