Pig Candy (Candied Bacon)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°. Place the brown sugar in a pie dish. Gently press the slices of bacon into the sugar until mostly coated.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place a wire rack on sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Arrange the bacon on the rack.

Step 3

Bake, rotating the pan halfway through baking, until the bacon is super crisp and golden, about 30-50 minutes depending on the thickness. Let cool on the rack.
