Instructions
Step 1
Pound each breast to about 1 inch even thickness.
Step 2
Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper, paprika, cumin, and garlic to taste.
Step 3
Cook the chicken at 360 in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until internal temp is 165 degrees. Cook time may vary depending on the thickness of your chicken.
Step 4
Mix together the onion, Rotel, and crumbled bacon. When the chicken is done, coat each breast in BBQ sauce. Next pour the Rotel, onion, bacon mix over the chicken in a pan. Sprinkle cheeses all over the chicken breast.
Step 5
Place the pan in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is golden and melted.
