Instructions
Heat oven to 350F
Step 1
Whisk egg white (2 min.) to soft peaks.
Step 2
In other bowl, whisk together egg yolk & cooled, melted chocolate.
Step 3
Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Pour into lightly greased 7 oz. (or larger) ramekin (or baking dish of similar size).
Step 5
Bake (20 min.)
Step 6
Remove from oven; allow to cool before eating.
