Preheat oven to 450

Cook pie crust for 9 minutes
Step 3
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1” chunks and boil until fork tender
Step 4
Add sweet potatoes, brown sugar, syrup, vanilla and butter to mixer bowl and whip until smooth
Step 5
Add Boudin to crust, cover with sweet potatoes
Step 6
Top with finely chopped Cracklins and cook at 350 for 40 minutes
