Instructions
Step 1
To make the beef mince, Add mince , flaked onion & Worcestershire sauce to pan with salt and pepper. Cook without turning so it is super crispy and almost burnt. You want it caramelised.
Step 2
To make the Big Mac sauce- Add 2 cups of dill pickles (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons Dijon, 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste. This is all rough quantities. Taste it and adjust if needed.
