Instructions

Step 1
1. Place the oven rack in the middle position and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the bottom of a roasting pan with olive oil and set aside.

2. Combine the beef, pork, coconut aminos, parsley flakes, onion flakes, sea salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly using your hands.

3. Scoop out ¼ cup (60 g)-size portions of meat, form into 16 meatballs, and arrange on the roasting pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the meat is brown and cooked through.
Step 4
4. Serve immediately over vegetable noodles, covered generously in warm Nightshade-Free Italian Sauce.
