Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
Put bread to the food processor, and make fine bread crumbs.
Step 3
Combine the bread crumbs and milk in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, onion, garlic, egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt, pepper, the bread crumbs mix, and mix well.
Step 5
Loaf form, place the loaf on the baking pan, put 1/4 ketchup on the loaf, and bake for about 50minutes.
Step 6
Rest the loaf for about 7-10 minutes before slicing.
