½ cupextra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoonMontreal pepper

1 teaspoonminced garlic

Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes into desired size (thinner cooks faster)
Step 2
Preheat flat top or pan
Step 3
Add 1/4 cup of olive oil to flat top or pan
Step 4
Add cut potatoes
Step 5
Add all seasonings
Step 6
Add remaining olive oil
Step 7
Cook on low heat stirring occasionally to keep from burning
Step 8
Cook until potatoes are tender
