Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F

Step 2
Place the chickens breasts in a pre-oiled shallow baking pan


Step 3
Combine avocado oil, spicy brown mustard and Himalayan pink salt in a small bowl.





Step 4
Baste the chicken with mixture






Step 5
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes

Step 6
Combine honey, melted butter, avocado oil and spicy brown mustard in a small bowl






Step 7
After 30 minutes open the oven and carefully baste the chicken with mixture





Step 8
Bake for another 30 minutes. Note: If you are baking at high altitude do not increase the heat, just bake the chicken longer. At high altitude bake another 50 minutes or until internal temperature is 165° F

Step 9
Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite vegetable.
