Step 1
Cream together Crisco and sweetener. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each. Sift together dry ingredients. Sift again. Add 1/3 of flour mixture to bowl. Beat well. Add 1/2 of sour cream. Beat well. Repeat. Change to dough hook and mix rest of dry ingredients in until soft ball forms. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or overnight. Roll out dough to 1/4" to 1/2" thickness, working in at least 2 batches. Cut into 2" rounds. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, until edges are barely browning.
