Step 1
Lightly toast the oats in a dry frying pan for 3-5 minutes watching they don't burn, toss through cinnamon and 1 heaped tsp honey, mixing well. Leave to cool slightly.
Step 2
Heat a saucepan and warm the raspberries just to break down slightly, finish with a little lemon zest.
Step 3
Layer the dessert starting with the kefir, a sprinkle of toasted oats, a few bits of broken meringue, and a spoonful of raspberries. Repeat then finish with a thin layer of kefir and a few extra toppings to glam it up.
