Instructions

Step 1
Line baking tray with greaseproof paper and butter it. Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cut up butter into chunks and place in glass bowl, break up chocolate and add to bowl.

Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave (CAREFULLY!) or melt over boiling water in a pan.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, add eggs to sugar, vanilla essence and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Step 5
Add melted chocolate mix to egg and sugar mix, stir in.

Add flour to mixture and stir together.

Pour into lined tray and bake in oven for 25 minutes. NOTE: The brownies should still wobble a little, don't be tempted to overcook, unless you have a deep pan then add a few minutes. They continue to cook as they cool.
