Instructions
Step 1
Mix eggs, flour, milk and sugar together. I used a fork, you want the batter more mixed than you would a pancake. Let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 3
Put the butter into your skillet and set the skillet in the oven. Let sit until butter is fully melted. Keep an eye out, you don’t want it to burn.
Step 4
When the butter has melted, pour your batter into the skillet. It will make noise, don’t worry.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes. Then turn off your oven and pop open the door. Let your skillet rest for 5 more minutes before removing.
