Instructions

Step 1
Add dry ingredients to a bowl. Mix together
Step 2
Melt butter and add to dry ingredients
Step 3
Prepare an 8x8 baking dish with pan spray
Step 4
Press crust into baking dish.
Step 5
Bake crust for 10 -15 min at 350 degrees until lightly brown
Step 6
Prepare lemon filling by combining all ingredients together.
Step 7
If you want your bars less lemony, decrease lemon juice to 1/4 cup. (I like mine extra lemony!)
Step 8
Pour lemon filling over crust once it is baked.
Step 9
Return bars to oven and bake for about 25-30 mins. or until filling is set.
Step 10
Cool bars and dust with Swerve Confectioners Sugar Alternative
