Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except the dark chocolate in a bowl.
Step 2
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and press 2tbsp of the mixture in each cup.
Step 3
Place in the fridge or freezer as you prepare the topping.
Step 4
Melt the dark chocolate and pour on the top of each cup.
Step 5
Place in freezer for 1 hour
Step 6
Store in the fridge or freezer
