Bake Betty Crocker yellow cake mix Add 4 eggs
And 1/2 cup oil
1 cup water Add 1 small package of instant jello vanilla pudding ( use half bag if large) You can use any cake mix just add 4 eggs and follow the rest of the measurements. Place in two 8x8 inch pans. Circle or square.
Bake for 25 - 30 mjns until fork comes out clean. Take 1 pound strawberries. Clean, destem, and cut into quarters. Add 3 Tbs sugar. Let sit for 30 mins. Separate into two small bowls add 1 more tbs sugar in each bowl and let sit for 30 more mins. Spread on cake once it cools including the juice. Put in freezer while you make the frosting. At least 5 mins. Frosting **********
1 Stick unsalted butter (softened)
1 (8 oz package cream cheese(softened)
3 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
2 tsp vanilla extract An electric mixer is recommended. But you can use a spoon like I did if you don't have one. Make sure you whip it well.
